Please check and ensure you use the correct address for delivery. If you have provided an incorrect delivery address you may be charged for the re-delivery of your order.

Returns

At Talullah Tu we want you to be happy with your purchase. However if your goods do not meet with your satisfaction, please return your item to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange minus postage fees. We can only offer refunds for goods that are returned within the 14 day time frame, otherwise an exchange may be offered. Please obtain a proof of postage for tracking purposes.

Returned items must be unused and returned with any packaging and all original tags still attached to the item. Earrings are non refundable, please do not send earrings back as they will not be refunded.

Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible. All returns should be sent to:

Items Dispatched in Error

In the event that an item is dispatched in error through no fault of the customer, please email us within 7 working days of the date of delivery. We will then provide details of how to proceed with the return, and offer the choice (subject to availability) of a replacement item.

Faulty Items

Talullah Tu makes every effort to ensure all goods are of satisfactory quality and comply with the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002. If the item you receive is faulty, you should email orders@talullahtu.co.uk within 7 working days of the date of delivery. We will then provide details of how to proceed with the return, and offer the choice (subject to availability) of a replacement item or refund.

Exceptions

All Earrings are non-returnable. This is indicated where applicable in the details section of the product page. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.
