1. What are your delivery charges?
UK DELIVERY: £2.95 Standard (5-7 working days) and £4.95 for next day delivery if ordered before 1pm.

2. Do you ship worldwide?
Shipping cost to EUROPE: £6.95 Standard (7-10 working days).

Shipping cost to REST OF THE WORLD: £8.95 Standard (8-12 working days).

We accept payment via Credit or Debit cards, Paypal, Cheque.


5. Which credit cards to you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Switch & Delta.
 

6. I would like to pay via cheque, who should I make it payable to?
Please make cheques payable to: Talullah Tu
When we have received your cheque it takes approx 3 days to clear, we will send out your order as soon as the cheque has cleared. Please send cheques within 1 week, as we cannot gaurantee the item will still be in stock if payment is received after 1 week.

7. What if I want to return my goods?
At Talullah Tu we want you to be happy with your purchase. However if your goods do not meet with your satisfaction, please return your item to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange minus postage fees. We can only offer refunds for goods that are returned within the 7 day time frame, otherwise an exchange may be offered up to 14 days. Please send the item via a recorded service, such as recorded delivery and obtain a proof of postage.

Please note returned items must be unworn in new condition and have all tags intact. Earrings are non refundable.

8. I'm worried about the security of using my credit card online. Is your site safe?
Here at Talullah Tu security is at the top of our priorities, our website is completely safe. Payments are processed through secure server. When you place an order on our website, your credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption by either PayPal or Protx (both of which are companies regulated by the FSA).
