1. What are your delivery charges?
United Kingdom -
£2.95 Standard Delivery 5-7 working days
£4.95 Special Delivery 1 working day - (If ordered before 2pm)

2. Do you ship worldwide?
Europe - £5.95 Standard Delivery approx 7-10 working days
Rest of the world - £8.95 Standard Delivery approx 10-12 working days

* Please note - working days do not include weekends as these are not business days, your order will arrive within the time frames stated above *

Please check and ensure you use the correct address for delivery. If you have provided an incorrect delivery address you may be charged for the re-delivery of your order.

3. My order has not arrived in the given time what should I do?
Please note - sometimes a delivery attempt will have been made at your address, if you are not in to receive your order, the package will be returned to your local sorting office. If this is the case another delivery attempt will be made and if still not collected it will be returned to us. A refund will be issued if we receive the order back, refunds take up to 5 working days to process.

4. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via Credit & Debit cards and PayPal.

5. Which credit cards to you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro.

6. What if I want to return my goods?
At Talullah Tu we want you to be happy with your purchase. However if your goods do not meet with your satisfaction, please return your item to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange minus postage fees. We can only offer refunds for goods that are returned within the 14 day time frame, otherwise an exchange may be offered. Please obtain a proof of postage for tracking purposes.

Please note returned items must be unworn in new condition and have all tags intact. Earrings are non refundable, please do not send earrings back as they will not be refunded.

All items purchased in the SALE are non returnable.

* All Earrings are non-returnable. This is indicated in the details section of the product page. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.

7. How do I care for my jewellery?
Care Instructions - Make sure you treat the jewellery with care when it is worn and stored. Avoid direct contact with chemicals such as perfume, deodorant and hairspray. Clean the jewellery with a soft cloth. Any care information provided by this website is given to aid the buying process only, we shall not be liable for any damage, costs, or expenses caused by incorrect treatment of goods.

8. Does Talullah Tu jewellery contain nickel?
All Talullah Tu jewellery is nickel safe and complies with EU regulations.

9. I am a blogger and would like to write about/review Talullah Tu, do I get a discount?
