Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders which are processed by Talullah Tu either online or by any other form of communication, please read carefully. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice they do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Payment - Payment for all items is required prior to dispatch. All orders must be paid for by credit card, PayPal or debit card via our secure server. Please note that we are unable to accept payment by cheque, postal order, email, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

VAT - Prices include VAT where applicable.

Delivery - Whilst we will endeavour to dispatch all goods as quickly as possible, we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the goods. It is your responsibility to check your order upon delivery for shortages or damage and contact us immediately should there be any problems whatsoever.

Returns - Returned items must be unused and, where applicable, returned with any packaging and all original tags still attached to the item. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by ourselves, and we strongly advise customers to obtain a proof of postage. The cost of returning all items is the responsibility of the customer. Earrings are non returnable.

Items Dispatched in Error - In the event that an item is dispatched in error through no fault of the customer, please email us within 7 working days of the date of delivery. We will then provide details of how to proceed with the return, and offer the choice (subject to availability) of a replacement item.

Faulty Items – Talullah Tu makes every effort to ensure all goods are of satisfactory quality and comply with the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002. If the item you receive is faulty, you should contact us within 7 working days of the date of delivery. We will then provide details of how to proceed with the return, and offer the choice (subject to availability) of a replacement item or refund.

Exceptions - All Earrings are non-returnable. This is indicated where applicable in the details section of the product page. Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations.

Prices - Although every effort is made to ensure that all items are described and priced accurately, no contract is created until we have accepted your order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we will not process your order and will instead alert you immediately to the actual price of the goods. You will then have the option to proceed at this updated price or cancel. We will only process any such order with your authority.

Out of Stock Items - If the product that you have selected is not available at the time of placing your order you will be notified by email and the order will be cancelled and any payment already made by the customer will be refunded in full or given a choice of a replacement.

Care Instructions - Make sure you treat the jewellery with care when it is worn and stored. Avoid direct contact with chemicals such as perfume, deodorant and hairspray. Clean the jewellery with a soft cloth. Any care information provided by this website is given to aid the buying process only, we shall not be liable for any damage, costs, or expenses caused by incorrect treatment of goods.

Privacy Policy - By using this website you consent to using your personal data for the purpose of dispatching goods and related matters as described and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Cookies - A Cookie is a small data file that is stored by your web browser on your computer. We use Cookies to keep track of your current shopping session, to enable you to proceed to checkout at any time and to personalize your online experience.
